Dear Shareholders, The sale of Inveo Yatırım Holding AŞ's financial bond with a 364 day maturity amounting to TL 450,000,000-, which is the first tranche within the total TL 1,000,000,000 issuance ceiling to be issued to qualified investors domestically and approved by the Capital Markets Board in its meeting dated 21/12/2023 and numbered 80/1743, was realized on 26/12/2023 to qualified investors. It is respectfully announced to the public. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
