Dear Shareholders

Pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 6 March 2024, it has been decided to transfer 1,358,740 shares, which are all of our shares in BV Teknoloji İş Geliştirme Danışmanlık ve Organizasyon Hizmetleri AŞ, in which we own 20.5% of its capital, to Inveo Ventures Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ, in which our Company owns 85%, at a price of TL 47,211,411.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
