Dear Shareholders

Pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 6 March 2024, it has been decided to transfer 4,995 shares, which are all of our shares in Devexperts Teknoloji Yazılım Geliştirme AŞ, in which we own 9.99% of its capital, to Inveo Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Birinci Fintech GSYF at a price of TL 4,262,701.
