Dear Shareholders

Pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 6 March 2024, it has been decided to transfer 5,549 shares, which are all of our shares in Devexperts Bilgi Dağıtım Hizmetleri AŞ, in which we own 9.99% of its capital, to Inveo Portföy Yönetimi AŞ Birinci Fintech GSYF at a price of TL 1,830,140.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
