Dear Shareholders,
At the Board of Directors Meeting of our Company dated March 21, 2024; the proposal to allocate the net profit of TL 1,123,212,743 for the accounting period ending on December 31, 2023 in accordance with the CMB and the net profit of TL 2.665.056.606,70 TL for the period ending on December 31, 2023 in accordance with the CMB and 2.665.056.606,70 TL net profit for the period in the statutory records to be set aside as extraordinary reserves, and following the evaluation made by taking into account our Company's strategies, investment and financing policies, it was decided to submit the proposal not to distribute dividends to the approval of the General Assembly, and at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company dated March 29, 2024, the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the use of the profit for the year 2023 was approved.
It is respectfully announced to the public.
In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
