Within the scope of the buy-back program carried out by our Company between 14.02.2023 - 08.08.2023, INVEO shares owned by our Company reached 4,200,000 shares (1.75% of the Company's capital).

Our Company sold 2,000,000 INVEO shares today (20.05.2024) at Borsa Istanbul at TL 50.00 - 50.30 price range (average TL 50,00084)
With this transaction, the ratio of the buy-back shares by our Company in the Company's capital decreased to 0.83% as of 20.05.2024.
