Dear Stakeholders,

Within the scope of increasing the issued capital of our company from TL 240.000.000 to TL 1.000.000.000 the new version of Article 7 of our Articles of Association regarding the capital was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 02.08.2024 and announced in the TTRG. The current Articles of Association containing the last amendment is attached.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
