oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Sayın Paydaşlarımız; Yurt dışı büyüme odağımız ve vizyonumuzun bir parçası olarak, daha etkin bir yapı oluşturmak ve küresel çapta sermaye piyasaları alanında farklı ülkelerde yatırım yaptığımız şirketleri tek çatı altında toplamak amacıyla; Inveo Alfa ile Inveo Beta'nın Inveo Alfa çatısı altında birleştirilmesine, oluşacak yeni yapının yatırım holdinge dönüştürülmesine ve ticari unvanının Finveo Yatırım Holding AŞ olarak değiştirilmesine ilişkin olarak 07.03.2024 tarihinde verilen karar doğrultusunda, Inveo Alfa  ve Inveo Beta'nın Inveo Alfa çatısı altında birleşme işleminin tescil edilerek tamamlandığı ve böylece Finveo Yatırım Holding dönüşüm sürecinin ilk adımının atıldığı Şirketimizin 07.03.2024 ve 06.08.2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamaları ile detaylı olarak duyurulmuştur. Yatırım holding dönüşümü ve unvan değişikliğine ilişkin esas sözleşme değişikliği tescil edilmiş olup, Finveo Yatırım Holding dönüşüm süreci tamamlanmıştır. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.		Dear Stakeholders; As part of our overseas growth focus and vision, in order to create a more effective structure and to gather the companies we invest in different countries in the field of capital markets on a global scale under a single roof; In line with the Board decision dated 07.03.2024 regarding, the merger of Inveo Alfa and Inveo Beta under the roof of Inveo Alfa, the transformation of the new structure to be formed into an investment holding and the change of its trade name to Finveo Yatırım Holding AŞ, it was announced in detail with our Company's material event disclosures dated 07.03.2024 and 06.08.2024 that the merger of Inveo Alfa and Inveo Beta under the roof of Inveo Alfa was completed by registration and thus the first step of the Finveo Yatırım Holding transformation process. The amendment to the articles of association regarding the transformation into an investment holding and the change of trade name has been registered, and the transformation process into Finveo Yatırım Holding has been completed. It is respectfully announced to the public. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
