Dear Stakeholders,
It was announced in detail with the Material Event Disclosure dated June 26, 2024 that it was decided to sell 7,500,000 shares corresponding to 25% of the capital of our 30,000,000 shares in Inveo Portföy Yönetimi AŞ (Inveo Portföy), which is 100% owned by our Company, to Kanyon Kapital Finansal Danışmanlık Ticaret AŞ (Kanyon Kapital) and to sign a Share Transfer and Share Option Agreement, provided that the necessary permissions are obtained.
In this regard, as a result of the application made to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the transfer of Inveo Portfolio shares, based on the information provided to us by Inveo Portföy, we have learned that the CMB has rejected our request for the transfer of 25% of Inveo Portfolio's shares to Kanyon Capital.
It is respectfully announced to the public.
In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
