oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Sayın Paydaşlarımız, Ülkemizin yenilenebilir enerji sektörüne ilişkin 2035 yılı hedefleri doğrultusunda,  mevcut güneş enerjisi ve rüzgar enerjisi kurulu gücünün dört katına ulaşacağı öngörülmektedir. Ülkemizin ekonomik kalkınması, enerjide dışa bağımlılığının azaltılması ve yeşil dönüşümünü destekleyen bu hedeflere katkı sağlamak amacıyla, Şirketimiz yenilenebilir enerji alanında sürdürülebilir projeleri hayata geçirmeyi planlamaktadır. Bu kapsamda, Şirketimizin bugün gerçekleştirilen Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında; yenilenebilir enerji alanında faaliyet göstermek üzere araştırma yapılması, somut projeler üretilmesi ve sektörün önde gelen kuruluşlarıyla iş birlikleri oluşturulması için çalışma başlatılmasına, söz konusu çalışmaların yürütülmesi için Şirket Genel Müdürü'nün yetkilendirilmesine karar verilmiştir. Önümüzdeki dönemde, ekosistemimizde yer alan grup şirketlerimizle oluşturulan sinerjinin katkısıyla, yenilenebilir enerji odaklı; - potansiyel yatırımcılara danışmanlık hizmetleri ve yatırım fırsatları sunulması, - projelerin finansmanın kolaylaştırılması, - sermaye piyasalarında yenilikçi yatırım ürünleri sunulması hedeflenmektedir. Bu hedefler doğrultusunda Şirketimiz, ilk adım olarak Türkiye'nin yenilenebilir enerji alanında önemli danışmanlık şirketlerinden biri olan DaVinci Enerji Yatırımları ile stratejik iş birliğine imza atmıştır. Bu iş birliği, Şirketimizin yenilenebilir enerji alanındaki yolculuğunda bir başlangıçtır. Önümüzdeki dönemde, önemli gelişmelerle ilgili detaylar kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır. Dear Stakeholders, In line with our country's 2035 targets for the renewable energy sector, the current installed capacity of solar and wind energy is projected to quadruple. Our Company plans to realize sustainable projects in the field of renewable energy in order to contribute to these targets that support our country's economic development, reduction of foreign dependence on energy and green transformation. In this context, at the Company's Board of Directors meeting held today; it has been decided to initiate studies for conducting research, producing concrete projects and establishing collaborations with leading organizations in the sector in order to operate in the field of renewable energy, and to authorize the General Manager of the Company to carry out the said studies. In the coming period, focused on renewable energy, with the contribution of the synergy created with our group companies in our ecosystem; - Providing consultancy services and investment opportunities to potential investors, - facilitating the financing of projects, - offering innovative investment products in capital markets is targeted. In line with these goals, as a first step, our Company signed a strategic cooperation with DaVinci Energy Investments, one of Turkey's leading consulting companies in the field of renewable energy. This cooperation marks the beginning of our Company's journey in the field of renewable energy. In the coming period, details of important developments will be shared with the public. It is respectfully announced to the public. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
