In order to increase the registered capital ceiling of our Company and to update the authorisation period, we announced the decision to amend Article 7 titled ‘Capital and Shares' of the Articles of Association of our Company with the material event disclosure we made on 29.11.2024.

Pursuant to our announcement, our application to increase the authorized capital ceiling and updating the authorisation period was approved by the Capital Markets Board on 11.12.2024.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
