Dear Stakeholders,

In accordance with the principles determined under Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Markets Law No. 6362 and upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has been decided that PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim AŞ, residing at Reşitpaşa Mahallesi Eski Büyükdere Cad Park Plaza, 3/10 Sarıyer/Istanbul and registered at the Istanbul Trade Registry Office with the Trade Registry Number 561406-0, be elected as the Company's Independent Audit Company for the accounting period of 2025, in order to audit the financial reports and carry out other activities within the scope of the above-mentioned legislation for the 2025 accounting period, and such election be submitted for the approval of the next Ordinary General Assembly meeting.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
