Dear Stakeholders,
At the Board of Directors Meeting of our Company dated February 27, 2025; Although there was a net period profit of 171,612,690.64 TL according to the financial statements prepared according to legal records, a net period loss of 1,428,754,213 TL according to the independently audited financial statements for the accounting period 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024, prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets (II-14.1) it has been decided not to distribute profits since there is no net distributable for the period profit according to the financial statements in question, at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company dated March 26, 2025, the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the profit distribution was approved.
It is respectfully announced to the public.
In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
