Dear Stakeholders;

It was announced in detail in the material event disclosure dated 06.12.2024 that the issue document regarding the increase in the issued capital of HiVC Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ ("HiVC"), 9.8% of which is owned by our Company, to 250,000,000 TL was approved and the request for a favorable opinion to be given for the amendments to be made in the Company's articles of association to change its title to "Turpe Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ" was approved and that our Company's direct share in HiVC will increase to 43.91% and its indirect share to 91.3% after the completion of the transactions related to the capital increase process.

As a result of the completion of the General Assembly registration procedures, including the capital increase of our financial investment HiVC Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ and the amendment of the Company's articles of association regarding its title, the new title of HiVC was changed to Turpe Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ (TURPE) and our Company's direct share in TURPE increased to 43.91% and indirect share increased to 91.3%.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
