Dear Stakeholders;

The amendment text regarding Article 7 titled "Capital and Shares" of the Company's Articles of Association, which was approved by the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade, was submitted to the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly of 2024 held on 26.03.2025 was approved. The General Assembly resolution dated 26.03.2025 was registered and announced on 14.04.2025. The current Articles of Association including the last amendment is attached.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
