As previously announced in our Company's Public Disclosure dated 05.09.2016; Turcas Petrol A.Ş. submitted pre-qualification documents to the Privatization Administration on 02.09.2016 regarding  privatization of Almus and Köklüce Hydroelectric Power Plants in Tokat province Almus and Niksar districts respectively with an installed capacity of 117 MW, which are included in Group 3 hydroelectric power plant portfolio of Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.

In accordance with the official invitation by Privatization Administration, Turcas Petrol A.Ş. will attend first round of talks at 14.30 and final round of talks at 17.00 local time on 29 September 2016.

Further developments will be shared with the public on a timely basis.
