As previously announced in our Company's Public Disclosure dated 30.09.2016; Turcas Yapısan Joint Venture composed of Turcas Petrol A.Ş.'s ("Turcas") 50% stake and Yapısan Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.'s ("Yapısan") 50% stake has submitted a bid for the tender aimed at privatization of Menzelet (124 MW) and Kılavuzlu (54 MW) Hydroelectric Power Plants in Kahramanmaraş province with a total installed capacity of 178 MW, which are included in Group 2 hydroelectric power plant portfolio of Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.

In accordance with the official invitation by Privatization Administration, first and final round of talks will take place on 03 November 2016 at 13.30 and 16.30 local time respectively.

Further developments will be shared with the public on a timely basis.
