Turcas Petrol A.Ş. (Turcas) and innogy SE, RWE AG's (our JV partner in 800 MW Denizli Combined Cycle Natural Gas Power Plant since 2009) subsidiary operating in renewable energy, energy distribution & retail sale and which is quoted on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2016, have signed a MoU on 27.03.2017 with an aim to collaborate in renewable energy projects in solar and wind as well as energy storage investments. The mentioned MoU neither has a limitation regarding geographical coverage nor expiry date.
The signed MoU is a strategic fit for Turcas considering our committment to diversify our power generation portfolio via renewable investments, evaluate innovative investments like energy storage and also to diversify geographically.
Further developments will be shared with the public.
