According to our Board of Directors Decision dated 01.02.2019 and numbered 2019/01, it has been resolved that Committee Memberships shall be composed as follows due to termination of all Committee memberships including the  Corporate Governance Committee, Early Detection of Risk Committee and Executive Committee as a result of the resignation of Mr. Göksan Gürel from his position as the Legal Counsel as of 31.01.2019.
