Developing an internal whistle blowing mechanism within the Company was discussed at the Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee. Accordingly, both Committees submitted a recommendation to the Board of Directors in order to initiate such a mechanism with a detailed infrastructure. Board of Directors reacted positively to the mentioned recommendation. Currently, the Company is working on this project. Meanwhile, Complaint Mechanism is already active and can be reached by all stakeholders via Company's corporate web site.
