Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 04.04.2023 tarihli kararı gereği; Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu, ilgili mevzuat ve Şirket Denetim Komitesi'nin olumlu görüşü doğrultusunda 2023 yılı hesap döneminde finansal raporların bağımsız denetimini gerçekleştirmek üzere BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin seçimi teklifinin 2022 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda onaya sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

Pursuant to Resolution of Board of Directors dated 04.04.2023; it has been resolved that in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code, Capital Markets Law and related legislation as well as the positive view of the Company's Audit Committee, BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'s election for the independent audit of financial statements of the fiscal year 2023 shall be submitted to the approval of shareholders during 2022 Annual General Meeting.
