As previously announced in our Company's public disclosure dated 23.02.2023, it was stated that Denizli Combined Cycle Natural Gas Power Plant, owned and operated by our 30% Subsidiary RWE & Turcas Güney Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., would be under regular and planned major maintenance and it was foreseen that the Plant will become commercial operations in the first week of April.

During the maintenance, the related maintenance works have been carried out without having any major problems and currently test works of the Plant are being carried out. Information regarding this subject will be shared with the public subsequently, when related tests are completed and the Plant starts electricity generation on a routine basis.
