Our 30% owned subsidiary Shell & Turcas Petrol A.Ş. ("STAŞ") decided to distribute preferred dividends amounting to 8 Million USD to our Company at its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 23.06.2023. After the payment from our Company to Shell Company of Türkiye Ltd. amounting to 1.2 Million USD in accordance with the Balancing Agreement between our Company and Shell Company of Türkiye Ltd., the net cash inflow to be remained at our Company accounts will be 6.8 Million USD. The related collection and payment are expected to be completed until the end of June.
