Our 30% owned subsidiary Shell & Turcas Petrol A.Ş. ("STAŞ") decided to distribute dividends amounting to 400,000,000.00 TL to be covered from retained earnings of the company at its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 27.10.2023 (Turcas' share is 120,000,000.00 TL on a net basis). The relevant amount is expected to be transferred to our accounts within 3 business days at the latest.
