In our Company's public disclosure dated 28.03.2024, we shared that our 30% owned subsidiary Shell & Turcas Petrol A.Ş. ("STAŞ") decided to distribute dividends amounting to 200,000,000.00 TL to be covered from retained earnings of the company at its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 25.03.2024 (Turcas' share is 60,000,000.00 TL on a net basis), 30,000,000.00 TL portion of the related amount had been collected on 28 March 2024 and the remaining portion amounting to 30,000,000.00 TL is expected to be collected as of 27 June 2024. The mentioned 30,000,000.00 TL has been collected on 27 June 2024.

In the same public disclosure, we shared that payment of preferred dividends amounting to 8 Million USD by STAŞ to our Company with regards to the preferred shares owned by our Company at STAŞ is expected to be collected as of 27 June 2024. At the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 27.06.2024, STAŞ has decided to pay the preferred dividends amounting to 8 Million USD to our Company on 28 June 2024. The mentioned amount will be collected as of 28 June 2024.

In addition, a t the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 27.06.2024; on top of the dividend distributions mentioned above, STAŞ has decided to distribute dividends amounting to 200,000,000.00 TL on 28 June 2024 to its shareholders to be covered from retained earnings of the company (Turcas' share is 60,000,000.00 TL on a net basis). The mentioned 60,000,000.00 TL will also be collected as of 28 June 2024.
