Şirketimizin 30.05.2024 tarihinde yapılacak 2023 yılı faaliyetlerinin görüşüleceği Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında
ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmak üzere;
-Sermayeyi temsil eden hisse senedi sahiplerine, (ödenmiş sermayeye göre % 100 oranında) brüt 32.387.040,00 TL kar payı ödenmesi,
-Buna göre ayrılan 32.387.040,00 TL.nın ortaklarımıza 1,00 TL nominal değerli hisse başına 1,00 TL nakit kar payı olarak dağıtılması ve kar payı dağıtım tarihinin belirlenmesi konusunda yönetim kuruluna yetki verilmesi,
