Şirketimiz 2020 takvim yılında yaptığı faaliyetler sonucunda Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.1 sayılı tebliğ hükümleri çerçevesinde hazırlanmış ve bağımsız denetimden geçmiş mali tablolara göre 7.763.383 TL net dönem karı oluşmuştur. Oluşan karın, (Vergi usul kanununa göre hazırlanan tablolarda geçmiş yıl zararlarının devam etmesinden dolayı) geçmiş yıllar karlarına aktarılmasının 2020 yılı Olağan Genel Kurulu'na teklif edilmesine ve SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri dahilinde 2020 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak herhangi bir kar dağıtımı yapılamayacağı hususunda pay sahiplerinin bilgilendirilmesine karar verilmiştir.
