oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 9 OF THE SECOND PART OF THE CAPITAL MARKETS BOARD COMMUNIQUÉ NUMBERED II-14.1 a) We have examined the "Annual Report, Corporate Governance Compliance Report (URF) and Corporate Governance Information Form (KYBF) templates for the period between 01.01.2024 and 31.12.2024 and the Sustainability Principles Compliance Report prepared using the Sustainability Report template", b) Within the framework of the information available to our Company within the scope of its duties and responsibilities, the "2024 Annual Report", "2024 Corporate Governance Compliance Report (URF)", "2024 Corporate Governance Information Form (KYBF)" and "Sustainability Report" do not contain any misrepresentation of the facts on important issues or any omission that may be misleading as of the date of disclosure, c) Within the framework of the information we have within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, the financial statements prepared in accordance with the financial reporting standards in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué No. II-14.1 in force honestly reflect the truth about the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position and profit and loss, and that the annual report honestly reflects the development and performance of the business and the financial position of the Company, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces, we declare.		SERMAYE PİYASASI KURULU'NUN II-14.1 SAYILI TEBLİĞİNİN İKİNCİ BÖLÜMÜNÜN 9. MADDESİ GEREĞİNCE SORUMLULUK BEYANI a) Şirketimizin 01.01.2024 ile 31.12.2024 dönemine ilişkin "Faaliyet Raporu, Kurumsal Yönetim Uyum Raporu (URF) ile Kurumsal Yönetim Bilgi Formu (KYBF) şablonları kullanılarak yapılan Kurumsal Yönetim Uyum raporlamalarının ve Sürdürülebilirlik Raporu şablonu kullanılarak hazırlanan Sürdürülebilirlik İlkeleri Uyum Raporu'nun"  tarafımızca incelendiğini, b) Şirketimizin görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğu bilgiler çerçevesinde, "2024 Faaliyet Raporu", "2024 Kurumsal Yönetim Uyum Raporu (URF)" , "2024 Kurumsal Yönetim Bilgi Formu'nun (KYBF)" ve "Sürdürülebilirlik Raporu" nun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama içermediği ya da açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibarı ile yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini, c) Şirketteki görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, yürürlükteki, II-14.1 sayılı Tebliğ hükümleri uyarınca finansal raporlama standartlarına göre hazırlanmış finansal tabloların Şirket'in aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığı ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve Şirket'in finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olduğu önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte dürüstçe yansıttığını, Beyan ederiz.
