The "Issuance Document and its Annex Regarding Capital Instruments Without Shareholding Rights to be Issued without a public offering in Turkey" was approved by the Capital Markets Board's decision dated 18.04.2025 and numbered 24/680 and disclosed to the public with our Company's material event disclosure dated 21.04.2025.

As a result of our application to the Capital Markets Board in order to correct the typing error detected in the formulation regarding the variable interest calculation in the "Principles Regarding the Debt Instrument and the Issue" section of the said "Debt Instrument Issuance Document Annex", the amendment of the "Debt Instrument Issuance Document and Annex" was approved on 28.04.2025. The amended issue document approved by the Capital Markets Board, is attached hereto.
