oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Son yıllarda dünyada ve ülkemizde karton sektöründe yaşanan olumsuz pazar koşullarının Şirketimiz üzerindeki etkilerini ve faaliyet zararlarını azaltmak amacıyla alınan bir dizi tasarruf önlemleri, önceki KAP açıklamaları ile kamuoyuna duyurulmuştur. Tasarruf önlemleri, şirket organizasyon yapısının değiştirilmesi ve yeniden yapılanma çalışmaları çerçevesinde 31.12.2025 itibariyle konsolide personel sayısı 183 kişi olmuştur. İş bu açıklamamız kamuoyuna açıklanan son finansal rapor tarihindeki personel sayısına göre (30.09.2025 Tarihli finansal raporun açıklanma tarihindeki personel sayısı :208 Kişi) artış veya azalışın %10 ve katlarına ulaşması nedeniyle SPK'nın II-15.1 sayılı Özel Durumlar Tebliği rehberinin 5.7 maddesinin 11. fıkrası gereği yapılmıştır. İşbu açıklamamız ile açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		A series of cost-saving measures taken in order to mitigate the effects of the adverse market conditions experienced in the cardboard sector both globally and in Türkiye in recent years and to reduce the operating losses of our Company have previously been disclosed to the public through KAP announcements. Within the scope of these cost-saving measures, including changes in the Company's organizational structure and restructuring efforts, the consolidated number of employees amounted to 183 as of 31.12.2025. This disclosure has been made pursuant to paragraph 11 of Article 5.7 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Material Events (II-15.1), as the increase or decrease in the number of employees has reached 10% or multiples thereof compared to the number of employees as of the date of the last publicly disclosed financial statements (number of employees as of the disclosure date of the financial statements dated 30.09.2025: 208). In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish text of this disclosure and its English translation, the Turkish version shall prevail.
