According to our financial statements covering the financial period between 01.01.2023 and 31.12.2023, prepared by our Company prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué No. II-14.1 and audited by KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş., the Consolidated Net Period Profit of the parent company is 683.515.608,00 TL and taking into account Profit Distribution Policy, long term group and Company strategies, investment and financial policies, profitability and cash status, to improve the financial structure of company and not to have financial need, it is decided by the General Assembly not to distribute any profit from 2023 distributable profit and this amount will be added to Extraordinary Reserves.
