Şirketimizin bugün (20.03.2023) yapılan 2022 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında;
2022 yılı dönem sonucu ile ilgili kamuya daha önce açıklanmış olan Yönetim Kurulu önerisi Genel Kurul'un görüşüne sunuldu.
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1)" gereğince Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu (KGK) tarafından yayımlanmış TMS/TFRS hükümlerine göre hazırlanan finansal tablolarda net dönem karı 35.599.923,00 TL'dir.
V.U.K. hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlarımızda ise 35.625.983,90 TL net dönem karı mevcuttur.
Elde olunan karın dağıtılmayarak, yasal yedekler ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılması hususundaki Yönetim Kurulu önerisi oy birliği ile kabul edildi.
