An application has been submitted to the Capital Markets Board as of today (27.03.2023) to obtain the necessary permission for the approval of the Issuance Certificate regarding the shares with a nominal value of TRY 128.000.000 to be issued due to the increase in the issued capital of our company from TRY 64.000.000 to TRY 192.000.000 fully covered by internal resources and to obtain the appropriate opinion regarding the amendment of Article 6 titled "Capital and Type of Shares".
