Additional Explanations

At our Company's Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held today (20.06.2024) for the year 2023;

According to the Financial Reporting Standards (TMS/TFRS) published by the Public Oversight, Accounting, and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK) in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's "Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets (II-14.1)," the financial statements prepared there is a net loss of 65.867.696 TRY.

According to our legal records prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law ("V.U.K."), there is a net period profit of 40.058.389,46 TRY.

In accordance with the legislation, our articles of association, and our dividend distribution policy, the proposal of the Board of Directors to retain the balance from the net profit in our legal records, after deducting statutory deductions, in the extraordinary reserve account, was unanimously approved.

The Dividend Distribution Table of İhlas Haber Ajansı A.Ş. for the year 2023 approved by the General Assembly, is attached.
