At the end of the 2024 fiscal period of our company;

In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (II-14.1), there is a period loss of 67.600.338 TL in the financial statements prepared in accordance with the TMS/TFRS provisions issued by the Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority ("KGK").

In our statutory records prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law ("V.U.K."), there is a net period loss of 61.592.973 TL.

In accordance with the legislation, our articles of association, and our profit distribution policy, it has been resolved to inform the General Assembly that no profit distribution will take place.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
