Additional Explanations

At our Company's Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held today (05.03.2026) for the year 2025;

The proposal of the Board of Directors, which was previously disclosed to the public regarding the 2025 period result, was presented to the opinion of the General Assembly.

According to the Financial Reporting Standards (TMS/TFRS) published by the Public Oversight, Accounting, and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK) in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's "Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets (II-14.1)," the financial statements prepared there is a net loss of 85.831.242 TRY.

According to our legal records prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law ("V.U.K."), there is a net period loss of 3.481.295 TRY.

In accordance with the relevant legislation, our Articles of Association, and our profit distribution policy, it was resolved that no profit distribution shall be made.

The Dividend Distribution Table of İhlas Haber Ajansı A.Ş. for the year 2025 approved by the General Assembly, is attached.
