Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu' nun II-14.1 numaralı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği'ne göre 34.893.382 TL Net Dönem Kârı oluşmuştur.
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından yayımlanan Kar Payı Rehberi'nde Kar Payı Dağıtımına İlişkin Esaslar Başlıklı bölümün 7. maddesinde "
Dağıtılması öngörülen kâr payı tutarının tamamı, ancak yasal kayıtlarda (Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre tutulan kayıtlarda) mevcut net dağıtılabilir kârdan veya diğer kaynaklardan karşılanabildiği sürece dağıtılabilecektir. Bir başka deyişle, dağıtılacak kâr payı tutarında üst sınır, yasal kayıtlarda yer alan ilgili kâr dağıtım kaynaklarının dağıtılabilir tutarıdır.
" denilmektedir. Kar Payı Tebliği'nin ilgili maddesi uyarınca Şirketimiz kayıtlarında 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre oluşan Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem karını ifade eden 4.378.997,33.- TL'sının Nakit Kar Payı olarak dağıtımının 2019 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda Genel Kurul onayına sunulmasına, karar verilmiştir.
