Yönetim Kurulumuzun 06.08.2024 tarihli toplantısında;
2023 yılına ait Bağımsız Denetim Raporu ve Mali tablolar görüşülmüş ve aşağıdaki hususların 2023 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Genel Kurulun bilgisine ve onayına sunulması kararı alınmıştır.
Vergi Usul Kanununa göre 2023 yılında 210.226.817,06-TL, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri XI, No:29 sayılı tebliğine göre 872.582.738-TL, vergi öncesi dönem karı oluşmuştur. Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Tebliğleri, Şirket Kar Dağıtım Politikası ve Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin kar dağıtım maddesi gereğince, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre oluşan;

2023 yılı kar tutarı üzerinden ise %5 oranında 10.511.640,85-TL tutarında I. Tertip Yedek akçe ayrılmasına,

Kalan 199.715.476,21 -TL'nin dağıtılabilir karın % 50' si olan 99.857.738,10 -TL'nin pay başına % 74,3988 oranında ve üç taksit olacak şekilde; 22.10.2024, 22.01.2025 ve 18.03.2025 tarihlerinde Nakit temettü olarak dağıtılmasına,

Bu işlemlerden sonra bakiye 99.857.738,11-TL net kar tutarının ise dağıtıma konu edilmeyerek olağanüstü yedeklere alınmasına ve bu hususlara ilişkin olarak Genel Kurul'a teklifte bulunulmasına toplantıya katılan üyelerin oybirliği ile karar vermiştir.
