The conclusion of the Related Party Transactions report prepared within the framework of Article 10 of the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué numbered II-17.1 is given below.

Common and continuous service procurement transactions with Franklin Templeton Danışmanlık and Yıldız Holding, one of the Company's related parties, in which the ratio of the amount in the 2023 accounting period to the cost of sales according to the last annual financial statements disclosed to the public exceeds 10% and the transaction conditions are in line with previous years and considered reasonable compared to market conditions.
