Şirketimizin 2019 yılına ait; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu mevzuatı gereğince hazırlanan mali tablolarında 64.559.541 TL net dönem kârı, Vergi Usul Kanunu mevzuatı gereğince hazırlanan mali tablolarında ise 54.324.666 TL net dönem kârı bulunmaktadır.
Şirketimizin 2019 yılı hesap dönemine ait dağıtılabilir karının, Şirketin öz kaynaklarını güçlendirmek amacıyla, dağıtılmayıp Şirket bünyesinde bırakılması hususunun Genel Kurul'a teklif edilmesine oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
