Şirketimizin 2020 yılına ait; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu mevzuatı gereğince hazırlanan mali tablolarında 37.121.215 TL net dönem kârı, Vergi Usul Kanunu mevzuatı gereğince hazırlanan mali tablolarında ise 80.863.344 TL net dönem kârı bulunmaktadır.
Şirketimizin 2020 yılı hesap dönemine ait dağıtılabilir karının, Şirketin öz kaynaklarını güçlendirmek amacıyla, dağıtılmayıp Şirket bünyesinde bırakılması hususunun Genel Kurul'a teklif edilmesine oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
