Şirketimizin 60.000.000 TL olan kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde, 16.875.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin, 32.969.500 TL tutarının nakden ve 9.218.000 TL tutarının ise Şirketimiz ortakları Orhan Dilberoğlu ve Natan Kohen'in önceden Şirketimize nakden aktarmış olduğu tutarlar nedeniyle oluşan Şirketimiz borçlarına mahsubu suretiyle olmak üzere toplamda 42.187.500 TL (%250 oranında) artırılarak 59.062.500 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK)'na yapılan başvurumız, SPK'nın 30.06.2022 tarih ve 35/982 sayılı toplantısında onaylanmıştır.
