Şirketimizin 24.12.2025 tarihinde diğer bildirim acıklamalasında yer alan Tasarruf Sahiplerine Satış Duyurusu'na istinaden pay sahiplerimizin yeni pay alma ( ruchan ) haklarının kullanımından sonra kalan 2.207.743,759 nominal değerli payların 25.12.2025 - 26.12.2025 tarihlerinde 2 iş günü süresiyle Borsa İstanbul A.Ş Birincil Piyasa'da satışa sunulması neticesinde kalan payların tamamı 102.646.646,12 Tl ye satılmış olup
sermaye arttırımı 26.12.2025 tarininde tamamlanmıştır . Şirketimiz sermaye arttırımından dolayı toplam 159.501.402,50 TL tutarında fon sağlamıştır.
