Şirket Kuruluşu esnasında Kurucular arasında dağıtılmak üzere bedelsiz ve nama yazılı (300) üçyüz adet hisse çıkarılmıştır.
Bu hisseler, her biri 0,0005 TL lık hisseden yirmi adet alan kurucuya bir adet verilmek suretiyle dağıtılmıştır.
