Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 22.05.2018 tarihli toplantısında aşağıdaki kararlar alınmıştır:
Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri ile Şirket ana sözleşmesi ve Kar Dağıtım Politikası dikkate alınarak; bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 31.12.2017 tarihli konsolide finansal tablolara göre 307.776.000 TL tutarındaki net dönem karından 13.492.421 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra 2017 yılına ilişkin net dağıtılabilir dönem karı 294.283.579 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır.
Şirket'in Kar Dağıtım Politikası doğrultusunda net dağıtılabilir dönem karının %20'sine denk gelecek şekilde 58.856.716 TL tutarında pay sahiplerine brüt nakit kar payı dağıtılması ve 4.273.130 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılması hususlarının Olağan Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir. Ayrıca, nakit kar payı ödemesine 25 Temmuz 2018 tarihinden itibaren başlanmasına ilişkin teklifin 2017 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında görüşülerek karara bağlanmasına karar verilmiştir.
1 TL'lik nominal tutarlı borsada işlem gören her bir pay için brüt 0,1824968 TL (net 0,1551223 TL) tutarında nakit kâr payı ödemesi yapılacaktır.
