Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 03.06.2021 tarihli toplantısında aşağıdaki kararlar alınmıştır:

Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri ile Şirket ana sözleşmesi ve Kar Dağıtım Politikası dikkate alınarak; bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 31.12.2020 tarihli konsolide finansal tablolara göre 525.324.000 TL tutarındaki net dönem karından 10.624.703 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan ve 1.433.382 TL tutarındaki bağışlar dikkate alındıktan sonra 2020 yılına ilişkin net dağıtılabilir dönem karı 516.132.679 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır.

Şirket'in Kar Dağıtım Politikası doğrultusunda net dağıtılabilir dönem karının %20'sine denk gelecek şekilde 103.226.536 TL tutarında pay sahiplerine brüt nakit kar payı dağıtılması, 8.710.112 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılması ve nakit kar payı ödemesine 24 Ağustos 2021 tarihinden itibaren başlanması hususlarının Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında görüşülerek karara bağlanmasına karar verilmiştir.
