Şirketimizin kar dağıtım politikasında öngörülen koşulların değerlendirilmesi suretiyle; mevcut ekonomik konjonktür, şirketin orta ve uzun vadeli stratejileri, kısıtlı uzun vadeli finansman imkanları, mevcut fonlama maliyetleri, nakit akışı ve diğer fon ihtiyaçları dikkate alınarak, şirket likiditesi ve bilanço yapısını güçlendirmek amacıyla 2022 hesap dönemi dağıtılabilir karının dağıtılmayarak geçmiş yıl karları hesabına aktarılmasına ilişkin teklifin Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında görüşülerek karara bağlanmasına karar verilmiştir.
