Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 26.06.2024 tarihli toplantısında aşağıdaki kararlar alınmıştır:
Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri ile Şirket ana sözleşmesi ve Kar Dağıtım Politikası dikkate alınarak; bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 31.12.2023 tarihli konsolide finansal tablolara göre 2023 yılına ilişkin net dağıtılabilir dönem karı 1.031.436.000 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır.
Bu doğrultuda, 68.564.000 TL tutarındaki kısmı geçmiş yıllar karlarından karşılanmak üzere toplam 1.100.000.000 TL tutarında pay sahiplerine brüt nakit kar payı dağıtılması, 108.387.459 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılması ve nakit kar payı ödemesine 6 Ağustos 2024 tarihinden itibaren başlanması hususlarının Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında görüşülerek karara bağlanmasına karar verilmiştir.
