Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II.14.1 sayılı "
Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği
" uyarınca hazırlanan ve Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2020-31.12.2020 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre vergi sonrası 61.272.726 TL, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun (VUK) ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen bireysel finansal tablolarımıza göre vergi sonrası 5.751.284 TL net kâr elde edilmiştir.
Ancak, mevcut ekonomik konjonktür, şirketin uzun vadeli stratejileri, yatırım, nakit akışı ve finansman politikaları ve ortaklarımızın, şirketimizin ve çalışanlarımızın uzun vadeli menfaatleri dikkate alınarak, 2020 hesap dönemi dağıtılabilir kârının dağıtılmayarak, genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedeklere (geçmiş yıl kârları hesabına) aktarılmasının yapılacak Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmak üzere teklif edilmesine
mevcudun oybirliği ile karar vermiştir.
