Şirketimizin bugün yapılan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda,
Şirketimiz 01.01.2025-31.12.2025 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarına göre vergi sonrası 205.944.767-TL net dönem zararı oluşması, Vergi Usul Kanunu uyarınca hazırlanan finansal tablolarda ise 79.821.905-TL net dönem zararı oluşması nedeniyle kar payı dağıtılamamasına,
VUK kayıtlarına göre hesaplanan (79.821.905) TL tutarındaki cari yıl zararının geçmiş yıl zararlarına aktarılmasına; TMS/TFRS esasına göre hazırlanan finansal tablolardaki (205.944.767) TL tutarındaki ana ortaklığa ait net dönem zararının geçmiş yıl kârları/zararlarına aktarılmasına, yapılacak Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmak üzere teklif edilmesine,
ilişkin Yönetim Kurulu teklifi kabul edilmiştir.
